also. for the record. that show girls? i really fucking enjoy it. while there is definitely some valid criticism to be had and it’s far from perfect (but really, what tv shows are?) i think it is doing some good stuff and i’m pretty stoked on it.
For non-Americans: the thing with a recipe like this is that it doesn’t actually matter what size cup you use (it took me a long time to figure this out) so long as you use the same cup for every ingredient. It’s all about proportions!

OH MY GOD
So I get my diploma in the mail (YAY!) and since it’s Florida in May, we have just had our daily event at 3:00 PM where ALL OF THE WATER EVER FALLS FROM THE FUCKING SKY LIKE IT’S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN UNTIL TOMORROW AT 3PM. And therefore the big envelope thing that the diploma came in is soaked all along one end of it. And that, of course, means that my diploma is soaked about an inch and a half at the bottom and that just makes me mad. It’s all dry now but the bottom where it got soaked is all wrinkly and sad looking. Wah.

Isn’t Florida one of the … weirder states? Or is that just California?
Either way, I wonder what the actual story behind these are. Half of them are your run of the mill crazy people. I’d be willing to bet that most hospitals see at least one major bite related incident a week. And spitting blood at a cop sounds more like a douchebag with TB, zombies kind of stretching it a bit.
But that does seem to be a lot of Hazmat incidents for a week. Are chemical spills more common than you’d expect? Or does Florida just really suck at Health And Safety? I mean, two of them were schools. That’s … a pretty major blunder.
I think they are saying that the guy in Miami who was eating the other man’s face was due to ‘cocaine psychosis’ or something? But as far as the rashes and what not at the schools (2 of which happen to be in my stupid county), I don’t think they’ve figured out exactly what that was all about.
Florida is pretty weird but I didn’t think we were usually this weird.
